This demo recomputes the intent-binding live in your browser and compares it at the boundary — it is not a recording. In production the seal is ML-DSA-87 (FIPS 204), post-quantum, server-side, and the block is fail-closed — no execution on any tamper. The recipe is not shown here; you see the outcome, which is all an attacker gets too.
