How the track works · three rules
A phase opens on evidence, never on a claim
The gate of every phase is a measurement the track takes itself: an inventory with zero unnamed agents, a receipt a stranger verified, a census with zero signers below grade. Nobody ticks a box. The door contract of our 131 doors, applied to the process.
Every transition is signed
When a phase closes, the track issues a signed record of what was measured and when. The audit of your estate is itself audited: that chain is the last page of your PDF.
It starts when you start, it ends with the file
The track opens the day the engagement is paid, shows everyone on your side what is needed next and where to find it, and ends with the signed audit file: the opinion, the evidence index, the NOT-DONE ledger, the exhibits.
Living software, not a paper
It runs continuously
The track is a service, not a document. Its gates are re-measured on every action your agents take; a phase that was proven stays proven only while the evidence holds. If an unnamed agent appears, phase 1 reopens and the track tells you.
It is superintelligent in its own process
Our own superintelligent agents run the track: they take the measurements, assemble the file and watch the gates. They act under mandates and leave receipts like every other agent in your estate. The audit of the audit is not a promise; it is the last page of the file.
The file is a snapshot of a live record
The signed PDF is version N of a file that updates itself as evidence arrives. Every version is signed and verifiable; your board receives the one dated for its meeting, your auditor the one dated for the period. The weekly audit scan feeds the gates: when a standard or a law moves, the track moves.
The tool gap rule · no phase is a no-man's land
Each phase names its result
A census of your agents, a mandate per agent, a receipt per action, a containment report, a post-quantum grade. The gate is measured on that result, never on a tool's name.
No tool to produce it? The track says so
If nothing in your estate can produce the result (no census of active agents, for example), the track records the gap in writing instead of guessing or stopping, and shows the two ways to close it.
Two ways, one price
Bring your own tool that produces the same evidence and the track verifies it, or take ours for that phase at a price adjusted to the engagement, so the tool and the consultancy are one number. Either way the phase ends with a result and the file carries it.

START the engagement opens done
The payment event or the signed order opens the track. Your side names its owner (the CIO or the CISO) and its accountable humans. We name the lead and the date of the first file.
NAME THE ESTATE every agent gets a passport done
Every superintelligent AI agent that acts for you: yours, your vendors', your auditor's. Identity, privilege class, lineage, licence, owner. The inventory the whole audit stands on.
ADMIT THE MODELS lineage and licence at the gate done
Every model your agents run is admitted by lineage and licence, or refused. A stripped copy does not pass. The evaluator's certificate, if you have one, is read here.
BOUND THE AUTHORITY the mandate per agent in progress
Your standard operating procedures become mandates: what each agent may do, how much, where, until when, signed by its accountable human. The authority becomes an audited object.
CHECK EVERY ACTION the doors in the path locked
The 131 doors across 17 planes are put in the path of the action. Each act is checked against its mandate before it runs, content-blind. Refused on a rule, never on a claim.
RECEIPTS ON DONE and NOT-DONE, signed locked
Every action closes with a signed receipt, post-quantum: what was authorised, what ran, with which parameters, or what was refused and why. Anyone verifies it without an account.
CONTAIN THE SURFACE nothing unsigned loads locked
Skills, connectors, servers, plugins and updates are contained. What loaded and what was refused becomes evidence.
GRADE THE SIGNERS post-quantum, measured locked
The post-quantum posture of every signer and every tunnel in the estate, measured, not configured. An audit record a future machine can forge is not an audit record.
SEE THE SET the estate as a whole locked
What your agents could do together that none could alone: the coalition set, the paths, and the one cut that removes the most.
THE FILE the opinion, signed, as PDF locked
The track assembles the audit file: the opinion, the evidence index, the receipts, the NOT-DONE ledger, the mandate map, the passport inventory, the containment report, the census, the coalition chains, the chain of signed phase transitions. Delivered as a signed PDF with a verification link, to your board committee and your external auditor.
