The EU AI Act (Art. 4) asks every provider and deployer of AI to ensure the AI literacy of the people who work with it; it applies since 2 February 2025 and national authorities enforce it from 2 August 2026. The European Commission's own answers say no certificate is required - a record of the training is. NIS2 asks management bodies to train; DORA asks the same of financial staff. Every certificate we issue is such a record, and more: signed, numbered, dated, naming the registry it was examined on, and verifiable by anyone without trusting our website.
