What this attests. Every certification attests the agent's pre-deploy specification at the time of issue — model name, tool list, system prompt, and version. It does not attest runtime behavior. If the agent's manifest changes after issue, the cert no longer applies — the customer must re-audit. Suspected runtime misuse should be reported to adama@cryptoshieldai.ai.
